How we work
-
Design and build, one team
Steve runs construction management and field execution. Erica runs design direction and client coordination. You're not stuck relaying messages between a designer and a builder who've never talked to each other.
-
Clear communication, honest timelines
We walk you through material selection, budget, and schedule up front, and keep you posted as the job moves so there are no surprises.
